The Promise

ABS is built to help one owner complete one strong workflow first. If you attend the live build, complete the assigned work, use your real business examples, and follow the 90-day implementation roadmap, but still do not complete the promised ABS workflow result for the one repeated activity you chose, Aizen will refund the full tuition you paid.

What The Promised ABS Workflow Result Means

The promised ABS workflow result means your chosen repeated activity is mapped clearly, built inside the ABS Command Folder, tested with proof cases, protected by approval and stop rules, and prepared for controlled team use or handoff.

What You Must Complete First

To qualify, you must attend the required workshop sessions or complete the assigned catch-up work, choose one repeated activity, provide real business examples, use the ABS files and exercises, complete the assigned work, make the guided fixes during the 90-day follow-through window, and ask ABS Support for help when you are blocked.

Completion Proof

Your request only needs a simple completion pack showing the workflow you chose, the work you completed, the ABS files you used, and the proof cases or guided fixes you completed.

What Is Not Covered

This guarantee does not cover change of mind, schedule conflict, missed sessions without catch-up work, failure to provide real business examples, failure to complete the assigned actions, requests for revenue or profit guarantees, software outages outside the workshop scope, or requests made before the 90-day follow-through work is complete.

Seat Changes And Cancellations

Seat payments are not refundable for change of mind or schedule conflict. If you need to request an attendee change before Day 1, email ABS Support. Aizen may approve one seat transfer before the workshop begins if the replacement attendee is a fit for ABS and the original seat remains fully paid. After Day 1, seat transfers and cancellations are closed.

How To Request A Guarantee Review

Email your completion pack to ABS Support at hello@aizenagentry.com with the subject line "ABS Completion Guarantee Request." Include your full name, purchase email, payment method, and a simple completion pack showing the workflow you chose, the work you completed, the ABS files you used, and the proof cases or guided fixes you completed. Do not send card numbers or sensitive banking credentials.
