How Aizen Agentry handles ABS support and payment information.

Information We Collect

If you use the ABS owner-details page, we may collect your name, email, city, Telegram account, mobile number, business industry, and workshop intent details. If you contact ABS Support, we may collect your payment method, amount paid, date and time paid, reference number or last 4 digits only, proof image or PDF, and any guarantee review completion pack you send.

How We Use It

We use this information to prepare the QR payment flow, confirm your ABS seat, respond to ABS Support requests, and review approved guarantee requests.

How We Store It

The owner-details page may store draft details in your browser so the payment-confirmation step can prefill your name and email. Messages and attachments sent to ABS Support at hello@aizenagentry.com may be stored in email and internal operations tools used by Aizen Agentry.

Sensitive Payment Information

Do not send full card numbers, full bank account numbers, or full e-wallet numbers through the public ABS flow. Use a payment reference number or the last 4 digits only. Refund-routing details are collected only after guarantee eligibility is confirmed.

Sharing

We do not sell participant information. We may share data with service providers that help us operate email, storage, or business operations tools.
